strategy. The Company is therefore examining the financial position of its consignee
agents & stockists with a view to identifying tangible ways of improving the
financial position of its channel partners to cement the relationships with them. |

4 Calculation of ROI for all consignee agents in the north and
east zones backed by a study of the expenses, working capital needs and returns
earned by each of the consignee agents.4 Review of commission rates in line with
ROI4 Evolving MIS formats for inventory holding for both raw materials, e.g.,
